How will my window be delivered?

Your window will be delivered in a reinforced cardboard box. If you purchase any bonding kits and u-channel they will be packaged inside the window box, please keep an eye out for them!

How do I choose the correct U-Channel?

When cutting into your van's bodywork to create a hole for a window, you will expose the edge of the metal panel. All vans will have two layers of metal both of which can be covered by our U-channel, The choice of the U-channel option is subjective and depends on individual preference.

How do I fit my new window?

If you are unsure about any aspect of the fitment process, it is recommended that you seek professional assistance or consult with a qualified expert before proceeding.

Do you offer a fitting service?

At this moment in time, we do not offer a fitting service. There are hundreds of reputable windscreen / window fitters all over the UK that can fit your windows for you.

Do I need to purchase any other fitting accessories?

Yes, if you are purchasing windows outside one of our packages, you'll have to buy the fitting accessories separately. We recommend window trim and a bonding kit at a minimum. You can find them here.

What is Z-Trim?

Z-Trim is a stick-on PVC ‘Z’ seal which is used to ensure a seamless look between two side windows.

We try to limit the impact our packaging has on the environment. Our bubble wrap is made of 50%+ recycled materials, we recycle cardboard into box fill at our warehouse using an industrial shredder and here's our favourite one: the wooden crates our windows are supplied in get recycled into animal bedding!
